How you feel about yourself has a huge impact on your life. It can hold you back, affect your behaviour, your relationships and where you are in life. This process can help you create a more positive outlook on yourself and reframe old thought patterns

My Approach

My therapy work assists you in slowing down your thoughts and helping to change the way you think. This might be how you feel about yourself, a situation, worries or fears you may have about something which might be irrational or simply helping to change a bad habit. I do this through the process of relaxation. Helping you get into a relaxed space, where we then make new positive suggestions in your mind, to change something. 

About me

Having battled with anxiety, panic attacks and depression for a number of years, I went on a self help journey exploring the reasons why I seemingly couldn't get out of these cycles. I spent many years working on identifying my thoughts and techniques to help them not takeover me. By understanding the way the mind works and giving it a break through meditation and energy work has allowed me to completely  shift my attention out of my head  (and worrying thoughts) and totally free from negative thinking and feeling down, depressed or negative.

Getting Help

Getting help can often feel like you're a failure, but in fact the opposite is true.  It is a real strength to admit when you need help and taking action to take back your life. I am here to help you and take things at your pace. Change can happen, you can change, don't let anyone ever tell you any different. It's simply time to change the way you think.
