About Me

Having battled with anxiety, panic attacks and depression for a number of years, I went on a self help journey exploring the reasons why I seemingly couldn't get out of these cycles. I spent many years working on identifying my thoughts and techniques to help them not takeover me. By understanding the way the mind works and giving it a break through meditation and energy work has allowed me to completely  shift my attention out of my head  (and worrying thoughts) and totally free from negative thinking and feeling down, depressed or negative.

Am am now truly at peace with myself and have never suffered from anxiety or panic attack ever since. This process has allowed me to truly understand the way our minds work and how "thoughts" about things can hold us back. When you stop being consumed by the thoughts in your mind, not only do gain a feeling of contentment and freedom, but you are also able to begin to change the way you think. Some people are able to do this through meditation, others can find this difficult. This is where i can assist.
