"Last year was a very hard year, a year of lots of change, some of it good; some it not so good!

I remember being on the bus going to work and all of a sudden a very overwhelming feeling started taking over my body, I was sweating uncontrollably, had a very tight feeling in my chest and my left arm was going numb. I had to get off the bus and lay down on the pavement thinking I was having a heart attack. I went straight to A&E and they informed me after tests that it was text book anxiety. This continued and my morning journeys to work continued to be a nightmare. I got signed off work for 6 weeks and then was let go on my return due to poor performance, this was 12 days before Christmas just to make things seem even worse.

I've known Imogen since my younger years and was regularly inspired by her positive attitude toward life on social media and her desire to help others, she seemed extremely in tune with the universe and more importantly her thoughts. This was important to me because I already knew that my anxiety was mainly down to my thoughts and I was interested to see if Imogen could help.

I contacted Imogen just before new year and she agreed to see me in January and was confident she could help. When I arrived for my appointment it was a very relaxed atmosphere and she already knew what I was feeling and how to help overcome it. She could relate to everything I told her about or had questioned; I was already starting to feel the burden of anxiety start to disappear. She then went on to do some calming hypnosis which has definitely worked and help me look at everything completely different. I left there feeling completely calm and positive. The very next week I got invited down to London for a job that was would potentially be a massive step up the career ladder. I used all the information that Imogen had been teaching me to apply, I visioned myself being successful and already doing the job. Well, I got the job and my anxiety has left me behind or should I say, I have left my anxiety behind.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Imogen, she is very professional and extremely knowledgeable within her craft. She saved me from my living hell that turned out to be my own thoughts. THANK YOU."

"For as long as I can remember i've always had issues with sleep. I've never been able to fully switch off and my mind is always racing. Getting enough sleep had become and obsession with me, it would be all would think about throughout the day. How tired I was, if i could grab a couple more hours here or there. It had completely taken over my life.
 
Getting to sleep had become a chore and not pleasant, i'd spend most nights laid "trying" to get myself to sleep or panicking I wouldn't get enough. I decided to see Imogen as i felt totally desperate and needed my life back. From the first moment I met her I felt extremely calm and relaxed. Her warmth and general aura made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that i had made the right decision to see her. 
 
Having searched for hypnotherapists and found Imogen, I knew very little about the process and was slightly nervous and skeptical about what would happen. But after our first session together i felt extremely at ease. The process is extremely relaxing and Imogen's soothing hypnotic voice really does make you switch off and fully relax. Within the first coupe of minutes i had already slumbered into an extremely relaxed state. I could hear everything Imogen was saying to me and for the first time in a very long time i felt completely and utterly relaxed. 
 
Imogen worked with me in our sessions on reminding me how to relax and zone out of my thoughts. She reminded me that sleep would only come when you relax. She also helped me with techniques to help me not let my thoughts overwhelm or take over me so much. I only needed 3 session with Imogen as my sleep patterns became much more regular and i could switch off and go to sleep much easier. 
 
I would definitely recommend Imogen. She has very kind & caring approach and is committed to helping you overcome any emotional or mental challenges you may have. I've already gone back to see her to help me with my fear or flying, which again has worked!"
