My Approach

My therapy works assists you in slowing down your thoughts and helping to change the way you think. This might be how you feel about yourself, a situation, worries or fears you may have about something which might be irrational or simply helping to change a bad habit. I do this through the process of relaxation. Helping you get into a relaxed space, where we then make new positive suggestions in your mind, to change something.

Some people may refer to this as hypnotherapy, but i prefer relaxation therapy as you will not be going into a trance or altered state (which is what hypnotherapy can often conjure up) you will simply be relaxing. The more you relax, the more your minds activity slows down and the more it slows down the less thoughts you have. It is in this natural space where we can then plant new seeds, new positive suggestions to help facilitate change.
